Minutes of the meeting of Sherington Parish Council held on Saturday 23rd January 2016 at Sherington Village Hall, commencing at 09:00am
PRESENT: Cllrs W Bush (Chair), A Thatcher (Vice Chair), R Johnstone, A Hughes, E Caldwell and R Constantine.
ALSO ATTENDING: Ward Cllr Geary, Hannah Balazs (Clerk), and five members of the public.

| Cllr Caldwell is concerned that DC Blunt have not been paid correctly and been paid twice. Action Hannah – to check all correct.
All Cllrs agreed that sub-accounts are needed for the Shop, Pavilion and the Neighbourhood Plan Group. Cllr Bush asked all cllrs if they are happy with the budget and all agreed but Cllr Caldwell wanted it noted that he has concerns that they will be asking the public for more money. All concerns have been expressed and looked at with great detail as the village will need to take legal advice. The increase will be 0.54p per house per week or approximately £27.96 per house per year. The precept will be £10,000 more than last year. |

| 5. AOB | |
| Cllr Bush – has received a letter from Pavilion Landlord advising rent has not been paid and raised a few other concerns. The letter was passed to the Pavilion Sub-Committee. A new planning/pre empted planning acknowledgement has been received and wanted to bring to the attention of the other cllrs.
Hannah advised that there is Neighbourhood Planning Training on 11th February 2016 and has asked if any cllrs wanted to attend. The following cllrs would like training Cllr Bush, Thatcher and Constantine. Action Hannah to advise MKC |
