VILLAGE CARETAKER REPORT

PROJECT GROUP UPDATES – Discuss the opportunity to form smaller committees to focus on specific projects either short-term working groups or longer-term Subcommittees for the below areas and any others.

PAVILION – Willow tree needs some work, New bins needed, signs for MUGA area, fencing, floodlighting of the area.

MUGA – A mistake by the contractors means that the fencing is not quite complete.

SHOP – Discuss the options available and the response from our legal representation.

LANDSCAPING – Bushes down the side of Pavilion car park & corner of Crofts end need to be kept in check.

BIODIVERSITY – Stonepits, Gods Acre.

DRAINAGE – Councillor Mears will present information.

HIGHWAYS – Councillor Shires will provide an update regarding Village signs and speed limits, The Clerk will read out a short statement received from a group of Parishioners.
