10.1 17/02531/TCA 1 Leys View – notification of intent to reduce height by up to 2m and spread by up to 3m focusing on the western crow and remove water shoots on top of branches, removing no more than 20% of the total growth to 1 x apple tree (T1), reduce and reshape crown by 2m and ensure growth is pruned back from footpath by 1m to 1 x lilac (T2) and crown to lift to give 1m clearance to shed roof
