Parish Clerk Will Pike and Assistant Clerk Lauren Scott.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>RECEIVE AND ACCEPT APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cllr Shires<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>RECEIVE ANY DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>None.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>APPROVE MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Approved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>APPROVAL OF AUDIT DOCUMENTATION<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The annual audit was presented to the Council by the RFO (Will Pike) and approved by all. The documentation will now be made available to the public via the website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>BANK MANDATE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All were in agreement to make the following changes to the Metro Bank bank mandate after changes in the make-up of the Council over previous months.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remove from the mandate altogether:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Crabb<\/p>\n<p>Matthew Crabb<\/p>\n<p>Dennis Readman<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Add to the mandate with \u2018view only access\u2019 as currently set up:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wendy Mears<\/p>\n<p>Michael Nokes<\/p>\n<p>Peter Palmer<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Add to the mandate with \u2018all access\u2019 as currently set up:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lauren Scott<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It was also agreed that the registered address should be changed to that of the new assistant clerk Lauren Scott, which is; \u00a035 Perry Lane<\/p>\n<p>Sherington<\/p>\n<p>Newport Pagnell<\/p>\n<p>Bucks<\/p>\n<p>MK16 9NH.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Changes are to be implemented immediately allowing new members to join when they can access the bank to complete the mandated identity checks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>PLANNING APPLICATIONS:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>51 Crofts End \u2013 Two story side extension and single-story rear extension:<\/p>\n<p>All were in agreement to respond to the application with no objections. The clerk will notify Milton Keynes Council accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2 Lauds Mews \u2013 Erection of two storey rear extension:<\/p>\n<p>All were in agreement to respond to the application with no objections. The clerk will notify Milton Keynes Council accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Land to the West of 11 Water Lane \u2013 The erection of a residential dwelling with associated parking and amenity space:<\/p>\n<p>After much debate, all were in agreement to oppose the application based on the current Neighbourhood Plan. A draft response will be drawn up by the Clerk for review prior to submission to Milton Keynes Council.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>COUNCILORS ITEMS:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After some debate, it was agreed to move the \u2018Public Items\u2019 agenda item in previous meetings to a later position.
