3. APPROVE THE 2014\/15 ANNUAL RETURN<\/b>
\nCllr Collinge advised the process to the new councillors and advised these had been checked and approved from the internal auditor. The external Annual Return forms were then approved and signed by Chair Cllr Collinge and the Clerk Hannah Balazs.<\/p>\n
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n
4.1. Ali advised that his planning application was rejected and he is confused as to why when the village is to have 40 more homes built within the boundary. Hannah will action a letter to MKC asking why this was refused and will await all details to be sent via email from Ali to Hannah. ACTION: Clerk<\/b><\/p>\n
5. COUNCILLORS ITEMS<\/b><\/p>\n
5.1 Cllr Caldwell asked about the assets and how they are worked out as a bus shelter is an asset but cannot exactly be sold if the council needed to.
\n5.2 Cllr Collinge advised that another email has just been received from Trevor Yorke regarding the Traffic on the High Street – it was agreed that this will be in the Neighbourhood Plan. Hannah to contact Trevor to advise him ACTION: Clerk<\/b><\/p>\n
