Landscaping Draft Documents

NOTE: The procurement process will be managed by MK Council Contracts.

The process has not yet started, the purpose of these documents is to give local residents an opportunity to comment.

These are links to to the draft working documents for the transfer of landscape management from MK Council to Sherington PC.  This is due to commence on 1st April 2020.

1. Landscaping Services – this is the same specification that is currently provided by MKC

Additional quotes required for:

2. Grass Cutting – The Knoll & Recreation Ground (not part of the MKC agreement)
3. Tree survey and suggested management plan
4. Per hour rate for tree surgery
5. Per hour rate for tree/shrub/flower planting
6. Per hour rate for path clearing and moss control
7. Per hour rate for edging
